Shipping policy

All orders are processed, verified and shipped within 10-12 business days or sooner as each order is customized.  My Pins and Needles is not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrect supplied addresses or refused packages. Once order has been processed and shipped a tracking number will be sent via email, you may track package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
